KENKE’s TWB100 Side Beam Welding Positioner is specifically designed for rotating and positioning large side beam components to achieve optimal welding angles, thereby improving welding quality, efficiency, and worker safety. This robust and efficient system is widely used in industries such as heavy machinery manufacturing, construction, and structural steel fabrication.

Product Features

  • Robust Structure:
    The main frame is welded from high-quality steel plates, and the adjustable base is welded from plates and channel steel. All welded parts undergo stress-relief annealing to ensure long-term durability and structural strength.

  • Reliable Tilting Mechanism:
    The tilting drive system uses an AC brake motor paired with a worm gear reducer. The small output pinion engages with a slewing bearing to rotate the worktable. Dual self-locking features ensure the worktable locks securely at any angle.

  • Durable Slewing Bearing:
    A single-row ball slewing bearing is adopted, featuring a compact structure, high rigidity, light weight, and a long service life. Fully sealed with heat-resistant rubber to prevent lubricant leakage and dust ingress, making it ideal for harsh welding environments.

  • Smooth Traveling Mechanism:
    The traveling base is welded from channel steel and plates. The tailstock travels manually along the channel rails, with guide wheels in contact with the rail sides to ensure stable and reliable movement.

  • Advanced Electrical Control System:
    The control system consists of an electrical control cabinet and a wireless remote control. Key components like contactors and low-voltage parts are sourced from Siemens to guarantee reliability and ease of maintenance. The inverter provides low-noise, high-performance, and wide-range speed adjustment with smooth torque characteristics.

  • Convenient and Rigid Fixtures:
    Fixtures offer excellent rigidity, ease of clamping, and reliable holding, ensuring the workpiece remains stable in any rotational position.
